In 1997, Dean Brenneman and Peter Pagenstecher joined forces to create an integrated architectural and construction firm, dedicated to the highest professional standards and personal ideals. They were fortunate to work with many wonderful homeowners and trades people; and to have won the respect and recognition of their peers. In 2010 the time came for each of them to move in separate directions and Dean Brenneman, A.I.A. left the firm to re-establish an independent architectural practice. Peter Pagenstecher, Mark Anderson, Michael Ullrich, A.I.A. continued on to provide architectural and construction services as the Pagenstecher Group, Inc.
