Dean is a native Washingtonian and grew-up in Bethesda. He is enthusiastically married to Marika Behr Brenneman, who was born in Budapest Hungary and is now an administrator with the World Bank. Dean & Marika now live in an updated 1950's contemporary in Bethesda. Their previous homes include an artfully restored Victorian and an urban co-op.
Dean has three passions: enjoying time with his bride, the history & design of residential architecture, and composing & playing music.
