"Dean and Peter.  As we get ready to have our final walk through on our project, I wanted to share my gratitude with both of you.  This past year has been so much fun for us and of course the best part is the beautiful kitchen, sunroom and dining room that we now have.

When Larry and I decided to do these renovations, we went back to Dean because we knew we would get a great design.  We never could have imagined at that time that the construction phase would run so well.  Dean described to us all the detail that went into the company (the weekly meetings, the hand holding of the architect throughout the project and the care to which the contractors would take toward our home during construction).  The extent to which these things not only occurred but also had a positive effect on the quality of the project far exceeded our expectations.

I can't say enough about everyone in the company.  From the beginning, Mike patiently worked with me and helped me sort out all the endless decisions and choices.  No question or concern was ever too trivial to him. And yet, I was still so nervous about the actual construction. 

After working with Kent one day on the job, almost all my fears were calmed.  He is focused not only on the pursuit of perfection (which he achieves) but also on the customers needs (which he also achieves).  We have appreciated his work and work ethic every day.  No matter what issue or problem occurred during these past few months, I always knew Kent would take care of things that needed to be done and do it in the best possible way.  We cannot say enough about him and we thank you every day for having him in your company.  It has been our privilege to have had him in our home.

Finally Peter a special thanks to you for setting the standards that you have clearly prioritized for your construction group.  The high standards that you set are written into the DNA of your company.  The customer can always count on your word.  Larry and I have truly enjoyed this entire experience.  It has been our pleasure working with you."
